Consultation

When beginning the process of remodeling your home, you will meet with the owners of Betz Construction and go step by step through the upcoming project. This is the time for you to explore your vision while we take your ideas and shape them into a reality. We will take time to answer any questions that arise to ensure that you feel heard and secure in your decisions.

Building Phase

We take maximum care to protect your home while we work. You can be confident that our projects are always clean and tidy. Clear communication is key while you watch your project come to life.

Upon approval of our bid, we obtain all of the necessary permits (if any are needed) that are required to comply with local codes and regulations.
Before any construction work begins, we go through an extensive preparation phase which may include laying down carpet protectors, hanging plastic sheeting on walls and windows, keeping wandering dust at a minimum, and removing home furnishings with care.
During the demolition phase, we schedule the necessary waste removal services and begin to remove demolished materials from your home.
The building process begins with any mechanical trades needed, such as plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC. Following these trades, we then begin the final building phase where the materials you chose are installed.

Final Walk Through

When the project is finished and cleaned, we arrange a walk through of the space to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product. This is where we address any questions or concerns that you may have. Once your project is complete, we will pack up our tools, see to it that any home furnishings that were moved are returned, and thank you for your business!
